"John Swanson was our salesman after my initial contact with yourself. If you remember, I just wanted to ask you a couple of questions without being pounced on by a salesman simply because he said "hello" to me. As it turned out, my fears of typical "car salesman" bravado were unfounded. John was a very thorough, professional salesman who walked us through the selection process till we had the vehicle picked out that we wanted. Because the family legacy program took longer than anyone anticipated, we eventually were contacted by Tom Lyons because John was going to be away for a couple of weeks and wouldn't be there for the close of the sale.
Again, I thought, "oh boy", now I won't get good service because he was filling in for somebody else. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tom took the lead and walked us through the entire close process including total vehicle instruction. Never was there any indication from Tom that he wasn't putting his best foot forward. He handled everything thoroughly, professionally and with the utmost courtesy. I can honestly tell you, this has been the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had, bar none. Your focus on customer service has been reflected in your personnel and how they deal with the buying public. Your efforts show and are deeply appreciated. "I came to the service department on Monday because I needed to get my wife's tire fixed. I was incredibly impressed with my customer experience. I could not believe how seamless and efficient the process was. When I arrived, I met with Jason Berlingieri and he quickly processed my repair. The courtesy shuttle driver was very courteous and got me to work quickly. Jason contacted me mid-morning to let me know that the car was ready and scheduled me for a lunchtime pickup by the courtesy shuttle. The driver was prompt and I was checked out in the service area very quickly. Overall, again, I was very impressed with my experience and I will definitely be back in the future for my repair needs."

Sales associate there was terrible, was not giving all discounts associated with GM employee, then not willing to work with us on trade in of Envoy.
